New Water Diet Secret!
Today is Japan there is a popular Diet Secret that starts by drinking water immediately in the morning after you wake up. It is scientifically proven to work wonders. It also protects against conditions such as Headaches, Body Aches, Arthritis, Epilepsy, Excess Fat, Bronchitis, Asthma, TB, Meningitis, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Diabetes, Constipation, Cancer, and Menstrual Pains.
(1.) As Soon as you wake up in the morning before you brush your teeth, drink 4 glasses of water.
(2.) Don't Eat or Drink anything after 45 Minutes.
(3.) After 45 Minutes You can eat and drink normally. 15 minutes after breakfast don't eat or drink again for 2 hours.
