She was there when we took out first step,
She was there when we spoke our first words,
She was up all night just to watch us sleep,
She was there when we cried and there when we smiled.
Can we ever make it up for all her restless nights,
for all the tears she has cried for us,
for all the times she has lied for us,
for her endless struggle but more importantly her unconditional love?
