How to Live Without Fear
Living without fear is as easy as becoming completely open to our surroundings and learning to respect every cell in our body. We are all human beings trying to achieve some kind of deep and meaningful goal in our life. We are all trying to become someone important, at the very least, in the eyes of those we love and, at the very much, in the eyes of all those who see us daily. This happens because we are human and we are driven by a constant desire to act, do, feel, say, express, touch, taste; and how are we to do all those things if we are in constant fear of all that is around. How can we live afraid of life?
The best way to live without fear is by being strong and taking the correct and necessary steps to live life with joy, because being full of joy or happiness is the only thing that protects us from the terrible cold that a wave of fear can bring into out existence, and it is when this cold wave hits us that we are paralyzed and forget to act. We think that acting will make things worse. But, in fact, acting, moving, doing, feeling, expressing, tasting, daring is what helps us become masters of fear, tamers of fear.
