Pumpkin Pancake Perfect!

Here is a great recipe, that we thought you all might like to try. This is a yummy treat perfect for thanksgiving morning for you and the family. Kids would also love this!

Spiced Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe.

  • 1 1/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/3 cups whole milk
  • 3/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil
  • Maple syrup
